(My motherboard manual had specific spots for where you placed the ram depending on the number of sticks you had). I then went and tried the ram sticks on the not recommended slots. I also tried doing each ram stick on its own in memory slot 2 and both managed to reach BIOS so I knew that the ram sticks weren't the problem. This resulted in the EZ debug light being stuck on the red CPU LED, probably since the CPU wasn't installed. Eventually they stopped, and the system seemed to try to boot. They both continued flashing for around 5-10 minutes. I then proceeded to add my 2nd ram stick, in slot 4 as instructed by my manual. A few seconds later, the activity LED on my flash drive (yours may or may not have one) began flashing. With 1 ram stick in, I booted the computer and managed to reach BIOS. Motherboard manual said if using 1 ram to place it in the 2nd slot so I did. I got 3 long beeps so I moved on to adding 1 stick of ram. So first I tested my Motherboard + PSU + CPU + CPU cooler and used the motherboard speaker. Linked thread 23, where I found out how to do it. (Taking out the motherboard and putting it on a non conductive surface, I used the top of my motherboard box. Taking out everything inside the case and breadboarded. The USB and BIOS Flash LED flashed for about 5mins before the motherboard seemingly restarted. Posting this in case someone has the same problem. MSI CPU & DRAM EZ Debug Red LED Fixed FIXED Yeaah.
